1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items may be eligible for return within 7 (Seven) days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us on email at info@knotandgrain.co.za within the eligible return period.
  • Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process.
  • Securely package your item, and ship it to the provided return address.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7 (Seven) days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item due to manufacturing, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at info@knotandgrain.co.za.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund for items that meet the criteria. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Knot & Grain
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist in the resolution process. Please have images ready to provide to our Customer Support Team.
